1) 🇺🇸 It all starts with a simple phone call!
Call or Text us at 603-777-7817. We want to find out more about your unique situation, and will ask questions such as: Where is the home located, your desired time frame, is the home a residential home, condo or a Business and what do you have to sell?
NOTE: If you text us photos of what is for sale, we can normally decide if there is enough quality/quantity/value for us to assist or not within seconds or minutes! Simply stand back in any given room and take ONE photo. If there is anything of higher value, do make sure to include in photos! Text these samples to us at:

2) 🇺🇸 We do greatly prefer you text us some sample photos as described above. It really speeds up the process! If we determine it is a sale we would take on, then we will come to you!

We will then meet with you and do a walk-through seeing exactly what is for sale within your Home or Business. This is a great time for us to really put eyes on everything, and at that time we will be able to answer any questions you may have. If your sale qualifies, we will discuss a game plan for a successful Online Auction, go over our commission rate that will be based on your unique sale after we see it, and go over our Online Auction Agreement with you.
3) 🇺🇸 Incredible Photos!
Once the Online Auction Agreement is signed, and we pick a date to start, it’s “off to the races!” We will take Thousands of detailed and professional high quality photos using high-end Camera’s / Lighting Equipment and even prop’s if needed. High-end photos = High end prices! Please see the photos on our website’s home page to see the quility photos we take! Once we have the Auctions Photos, we will upload them onto an Auction Website where anyone (including our Client and their Families) can see all item up for Auction! Your Online Auction will be able to be seen anywhere in the United States! Big Exposure = Big Realized Prices!
4) 🇺🇸 But wait… there’s more! There is so much that goes into what we do to make your Online Auction a Success; here is a little more of what to expect:
We will, but not limited to:
Evaluate all items for sale.
Stage the Estate using our company supplied Tables, Table Clothes, Racks, Jewelry Cases and so on.
Organize the items for sale within the Estate into “lots”.
Clean and Polish the items for sale.
Measure, and make notes / describe each “lot”.
Take Thousands of detailed Professional Photos and Upload them onto an Auction Website for bidding around the United States.
Advertise the sale heavily around the Country on many different Websites.
Advertise to shoppers on our Mailing List. (Currently in the Thousands)
Advertise the sale on our Social Media pages such as Facebook. (Currently around 23,000 real shoppers!)
Handle all of the many incoming Emails, Calls, Paperwork and other Inquiries regarding your Online Auction from Bidders.
Fully and adequately Staff the Online Auction Pick-up Day.
Use our Professional and Brightly Colored Direction Signage to make sure Auction Winners can find your residence to pickup their winnings.
Meet the Auction Winners on a very Professionally Run Pick-up Day, where they sign in and we personally guide them to their winnings. Winners routinely tell us how well run our Pick-up day is!
After the Online Auction pickup is completed, we will reconcile the sale, and mail out Client’s recap of Invoice, Detailed Auction Summary, and of course Payment!
5) 🇺🇸 Online Auction Ending Day!
Often your Online Auction will run between 2 and 3 weeks. We have determined this is generally ample and the correct amount of time to advertise your Online Auction. If you have any very high value items we can extend the sale even longer. Items for sale, known as “Lot’s” will sell online, on a specific “Closing Day), generally in the evening when bidders are home from work. All items will be able to be purchased by anyone in the United States, making the Online Auction a wiser choice to increase overall profits of your sale! All items for sale will stay at your Estate or Business. As an added bonus, choosing the Online Auction Format, our clients and the heirs of the Estate can watch in real time what each item sells for, adding to the transparency in choosing an Online Auction.
6) 🇺🇸 Pick-up Day for Auction Winners!
Only the Winners will come to your home to pick up their winnings, and will be guided around by our staff in a very professional manner. Upon arriving, each Winner will sign in with us, and be escorted by an Employee. This limits foot-traffic within you home tremendously!
7) 🇺🇸 After the sale!
Directly after the sale itself, we will remove our company supplied Tables, Racks, Jewelry Cases and Signage.
If there is anything left after we get done, that means that it had LITTLE to NO value! (Think a couch that has lots of damage, or used pillows for example!)
8) 🇺🇸 Pay Day!
At the conclusion of our service to you, we will mail you a check along with a very detailed summary of the sale. The summery will show you what every “Lot” sold for. Tremendous Transparency! Also, this is a huge help if proceeds from certain items in the Auction are to be dispersed separately by our Client!
